No. Every child is different, and we don't promise specific outcomes. This guide shares our family's personal experience and is not an eczema treatment or replacement for medical care.

Is this suitable for breastfeeding mums?

Yes. We discuss our family's experiences with breastfeeding and food. It isn't an instruction to restrict your diet, and dietary changes should be discussed with a qualified professional where appropriate.

Does it tell me exactly what to feed my baby?

It shares our experiences with introducing foods, rather than providing an individual feeding prescription. Your baby's nutritional needs and any allergy concerns should be discussed with an appropriate healthcare professional.

Is this just about eczema?

Not at all! Although our daughter's eczema inspired much of the guide, it also shares our wider interest in nourishment, home routines, skincare and family lifestyle.
