Early days yet! I have arthritis and Fibromyalgia and have tried tallow based products before but hated the smell of them. This one has a lovely scent. Haven't noticed any discernable difference with regard to pain and sleep, but as I said, early days.
With this balm I enjoy going to bed, it’s helped me so much, and I also use it in the day, the smell is amazing and I’ve told friends and family this is a must have, after working a long shift, it relaxes my muscles and I have the best sleep ever, can’t live without it. I can't recommend enough this magnesium balm.
I didn’t write a review as soon as I received this product as I wanted to put it to the test first. I have been using the magnesium balm for just over 2 weeks and can I just say WOW.
I’ve always struggled with falling asleep and then once getting to sleep I’ve not been in a deep sleep for very long for years. This past 2 weeks not only have I had zero issue falling asleep I’ve been in a very deep sleep and not woken up throughout the night which hasn’t happened for such a long time. I now feel fully rested the following day it is a life charger in a jar it truly works and I’m so happy I took the plunge to try it
We have been on a big journey with our son and sleep. We did a whole life overhaul but still he was really struggling to sleep more than a block of two hours and no day naps since he was 18 months old, he's now 3, the breaking point came when the every hour wake ups started. First week we noticed he settled quicker, second week of use he was sleeping block of 6-8 hours, leg jumping, shouting out in the night and general restlessness just stopped. Now approaching a month of use, we still have half a jar as we only use a small pea size amount. If I know we are going into what could be a stressful day for him (crowds noise and strangers) it works great for this too, as he puts it it helps his crazy brain. As he is starting to get into routine he can now identify himself he's tired and occasionally has a day time hour nap which is mind blowing for us, he wakes up well from them and still goes to bed at normal time. This product has helped my son and myself so much, this mummy is sleeping for the first time in 3 years, it's great. Definitely recommend this product...... we've road tested them all and I can officially say this is the best and the fact it's all natural makes this crunchy mum very happy. Big thanks to the cows gold team. Also the customer service is the absolute best I have ever encountered from a business. They are a small business making big moves, I just love it.
I’ve been using this after a shower in an evening. Putting a small amount on my knees as my joints ache with menopause. I’ve found that my knees ache a lot less and by bedtime I don’t notice them burning, which used to stop me from being able to get to sleep. I feel calmer and more relaxed at bedtime and quickly drift off to sleep now, which is brilliant. Thank you.
