I rub in my feet before bed, it smells lovely, aches and pains in my feet have all but gone and skin is super soft. Excellent to have as part of your bedtime routine to support relaxation and restful sleep..

Mary Bunka My little one isn't predicable with his sleep patterns yet. Frequent wakings and worrying about what he will climb next mean I find it hard to switch off and properly rest. A bit of self care here and there is vital to me at this point. My sleep is a little easier using this as part of a nighttime routine.

Helene Joon Early days yet! I have arthritis and Fibromyalgia and have tried tallow based products before but hated the smell of them. This one has a lovely scent. Haven't noticed any discernable difference with regard to pain and sleep, but as I said, early days.
